Obakeng Montsho was born on the 16th November 1988. He has obtained his matric at Holy Trinity School in Pretoria with merit exemption in the year 2005. Then went to further his studies at North West University-Mafikeng Campus where he completed Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree majoring in Applied Mathematics and Chemistry. In 2009 he proceeded to Rhodes University to do BSc Honours in Applied Mathematics. In achieving this, He has shown himself to be self-motivated, committed and determined in achieving his goals. He has also demonstrated negotiating and organizing skills, a firm sense of responsibility and his capacity to work hard under pressure. He possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to relate to wide range of people. He is currently doing Masters of Science (MSc) in Applied Mathematics. He is focusing at the decision making in the management of South African nuclear energy industry specifically in the cost optimisation for the decommissioning of radioactive waste using models based on fuzzy sets and the mathematics of uncertainty.
